Child Helpline Nepal 1098 has emerged as a comprehensive nationalchild protection mechanism in Nepal with an aim to protect children from all forms ofabuse, exploitation and harms and to restore their basic rights through immediate rescue,emergency support, emergency shelter, legal support, psycho social counseling andsocial/family reintegration.
CWIN-Nepal runs Child Helpline services in six districts of Nepal.Six different organizations (Aawaj, Diyalo Pariwar, NESPEC, PeaceWin, SOSEC and Voice ofChildren run this service in six other districts of Nepal covering all seven provinces of Nepal.
